have citizen eco I was trying to alter the date and pulled on the crown out past the first to the second which states in the instruction booklet but the whole crown came out pushing back in the date still not changing but I can wind the correct time since this happened it gains 5 mins in 25 hours.

citizen eco drive ladies watch e031 s134592y no longer working
citizen mens eco-drive chronograph watch at400 bought in 2014.watch has started to lose time. the second hand is not jumping two second intervals. have kept watch on window sill for 2 days now to charge battery and have also attempted a manual radio resync but that doesnt seem to be working as the hands dont change to current time. I have manually adjusted the hands but the it is loses time again.
