citizen eco drive dropped the watch and the back came off. have put it back on but suspect it wont be waterproof any more. contacted citizen but they dont deal with watches that are 10 ishyrs old. could do with a servicesealing and maybe a new glass face which is a bit scratched.

hi have an old citizen watch e710-h23648 58e and seems to have stopped. crown bezel seems to be stuck in the out position and doesnt close probably why watch has stopped. sent it to citizen but because of age no longer have spare parts available. not a particularly expensive watch but has a sentimental value. could I take a look at it ?

i am currently trying to identify a watch repairer who would work on a citizen 7878-h10716 divers watch. I have had this for nearly 20 years it needs a service. it is a monocoque design . so far I have not found anyone who will touch this not even citizen themselves. please let me know if you are able to work on this.regards mark.
