citizen eco drive radio controlled perpetual callander wr200.watch has been in total darkness for over 6 months. now will not reset to correct time appears to be running ok but date and time not resetting.

i have a citizen ladies light I think driven watch which is about 14 years old. its worked perfectly until I tried to wind it forward when the clocks went forward and the winder came out completely when I tried to add the hour. I have tried to have it repaired locally in biggleswade where I live but they couldnt do it. please could you recommend somewhere fairly local that could repair it for me. thank you.
