i have a citizen promaster diving watch. no 7n1800. I can provide picture of front and back of watch.i sent it off to citizen workshop but they cannot repair it with genuine parts as they dont have them anymore. is this something you could do without genuine parts ?regardsmichael roberts

i have a citizen eco drive stiletto watch 4.5mm thick that ive had for 13 years perhaps longer from new. over the past 4 months or so it has stopped working and being in winter time I presumed that wasnt getting enough sunlight. ive left it sunlight for perhaps a full day in order to recharge itself and this has usually worked. however it has stopped working again and currently on the windowsill in the sunlight. could you give me an indication of repair cost for this watch?
