i have a citizen ecodrive model h500-k00693705f which has a broken crown screw locking mechanism. the crown can no longer be secured with the result that there has been some water ingress.

its not a standard battery its I think called eco but might be wrong it shouldnt need replacing but an independent jeweller says it does but can only be done by citizen
