i have an older citizen eco drive watch ser. no 771316.i believe the capacitor is not working corectly as it fails to charge in lower light levels. if left in full sunlight and/or under powerful light source it works fine. I will apreciate if it is worth servicing/repair as I also have another citizen ecodrive watch
