the jeweller in twyford where I live suggested contacting you regarding a broken stainless steel strap on my citizen eco drive watch. the cross over buckle has snapped at the strap.happy to bring it over to woodley for you to see if it can be repaired.

hi there I have one of the red arrows citizen eco drive watches. I havent used it in a while as I have had some issues with it keeping charge/time. I think its because it was kept in a drawer for a little while. I have tried to use the buttons and crown to realign in but as its radio controlled I am struggling with getting it in the right time zone. I was wondering if this was something you would be able to help with? thanks!
