i have a citizen eco-drive watch that must be almost 20 years old. the watch is fine but the clasp on the metallic bracelet/strap has worn out so that it wont stay fastened. is it possible to replace just the clasp part or will it need a new strap? can you supply parts and would it be easy enough for me to fix it myself?

model citizen eco drive red arrows edition.second dial on the bottom is jumpy and not fluid moves 3 seconds at a time pauses then repeats. the action of starting the timer and reset is also not working. the watch still works in terms of time and date keeping however.
