citizen mens eco-drive chronograph watch at400 bought in 2014.watch has started to lose time. the second hand is not jumping two second intervals. have kept watch on window sill for 2 days now to charge battery and have also attempted a manual radio resync but that doesnt seem to be working as the hands dont change to current time. I have manually adjusted the hands but the it is loses time again.

i have a citizen eco drive perpetual calendar calibre 8700.i recently had to send for a new battery and this was replaced in bridgend where I live.the watch was working when it was returned to me but only for a few hours.
