i am extremely dissapointed after taking my seiko divers watch to a local watch repair shop I had it serviced and asked for a new glass to be fitted on it the first time it was returned with greasy finger marks under the glass and the second time I find that they have glued the glass onto the watch and in doing so have seized the outer bezal up wont turn glass appears not to be right for my watch and the bezal does not appear to be seated correctly my question is can this watch be repaired ?
