hii have a longine lungomare l3.633.4. my watch has a rattle. when it is tilted back and forward there is a slight sound of something moving. it is working fine and keeping time. i gave my longine watch to somebody who said they could a replacement battery in. they cannot get the back of the wacth case back in.
