hello I have an older version of tissot 1853 chrono quartz that is a bit temperamental sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt depending on how hard the back case is screwed on I know very odd!. I am not sure if it needs a new mechanism or not. the metal is also a bit scratched can it be polished back to a new / nearly new state as part of the service?many thanks
