i recently bought a raymond weil watch and need it resized. can you do this? and are you open during lockdown?
my raymond weil watch firstly has a fault with the knob to adjust the time in that when it is unscrewed to pull out it completely removes from the body of the watch leaving a small threaded shaft atatched to the knob. it does screw back in. secondly it has also stopped working since I stopped wearing it but I am trying to wear it to see if motion of the wrist makes it work.
