i have a seiko 7a28-7020 chronograph. the stopwatch button at the 10 oclock position does not work. it cant be from over use as I hardly ever use the stopwatch. apart from the fact that the watch is overdue a general clean and service would that clear the problem with the stop watch button? your advices would be much appreciated.
