a new battery was fitted by local jeweller wallace allen the date changer has stuck and watch has stopped. we returned to jeweller but they are unable to repair due to inability to access spares. the watch was working when it was given in for new battery

the glass has broken and a small piece is behind the glass stopping the hands moving. would need need glass.
