i have an oris big crown pointer date 7543 . the watch runs perfect on automatic when I try to hand wind the winder keeps slipping when I try to wind it is this normal ? I believe there is a slipping clutch but does this operate on every wind.what would the cost be for service

the watch was running but has recently stopped ticking. it may need a movement check and service/lubrication. I would like the movement inspected and brought back into good running condition if possible. the case back has some scratches if possible a very light polish would be appreciated but please avoid affecting the serial number or engravings.
